Refund Policy

Return Policy
At Eden + Gray Goods, we take pride in the quality of our home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, please review the return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items in their original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To start a return, email us at info@edenandgraygoods.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Items returned in non-resellable condition

  • Items without original packaging or missing components
     

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

 
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days and notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Items returned in non-resellable condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.


Policy Updates
Eden + Gray Goods reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.
