Inventory visibility is updated in real time, but product availability is not guaranteed until checkout is complete.

We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

Product colors and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible, but screens lie sometimes—minor variation may occur.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD.

Prices may change at any time due to fluctuations in supplier, artisan, or logistics costs.

Taxes, duties, or additional fees may apply depending on your shipping region.

Any pricing errors may be corrected without prior notice (yes, even after checkout if the error is obvious).

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping cost is calculated by weight, size, and destination.

Domestic shipping is provided through our carrier network.

International shipping pricing may vary by region and may include duties or customs fees assessed by the destination country.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed (weather, carriers, holidays, etc. have opinions).

 Local Pickup

Local pickup is offered in Iowa at our retail showroom or designated pickup point.

Pickup items will be held for 14 days after purchase unless otherwise arranged.

You must present order confirmation at pickup.

Returns & Refunds

Many items are artisan or specialty goods. We accept returns only if:

The product arrives damaged.

The incorrect item was shipped.

The return is initiated within 15 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

Normal color variation.

Buyer’s remorse.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.

 

Payments

Checkout is processed securely using our website provider’s e-commerce checkout system.

We accept all major card payments and digital payment methods listed at checkout.

Orders are confirmed only when payment is successfully completed.

Product Condition & Damage

If an item is delivered damaged, you must:

Photograph the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Email or message us through the site contact form.

We will review it, empathize metaphorically, and replace or refund it if the case is clear and product is still available and not a one of a kind.

 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, photography, product curation, copy, and

branding are owned by Eden & Gray Goods.

You may share product links or screenshots—but you may not copy, reproduce, or resell site content, copy, or images for commercial use without permission.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if the item has not yet shipped.

Once it ships, cancellation becomes a return request and falls under Return Policy rules.

Privacy & Data

We do not sell your personal data.

Customer information is used only for order fulfillment, updates, communication, and marketing from Eden & Gray Goods (unsubscribe is always allowed—no hard feelings).

Liability

Eden & Gray Goods is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or global chaos.

Packages after successful delivery confirmation.

Injuries or damage caused by use or misuse of our products.
